Forms of Payment

Payment is required at the beginning of each session and can be made by check, cash or PayPal. 


I do not contract with insurance carriers, but if you have a PPO, I can provide a monthly invoice that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement.


I recommend checking with your insurance carrier prior to beginning treatment to see what kind of reimbursement you can expect and to request information on how to submit invoices.
